Programming: Bring your kids, bring your parents, and come experience a day in a hemp world. Throughout the interactive hemp exhibit, we are recreating daily life as we know it today, using hemp. From waking up in a hemp bedroom, to your hemp kitchen, to showcase what the future could hold with 3D printing demonstrations, as well as hemp paper making sessions for attendees.
We have major display areas for photo ops including a hemp car door, hempcrete structure, and an array of other artifacts. Hemp uniforms revealed the week before, displayed on mannequins. And finally, a hemp market gift shop with a range of finished hemp made products to buy, at varying price points; dog leashes, oven mitts, skin moisturisers, and clothing.
An original art installation using plastic bottles, by global artist Mark Jenkins, will be on display on a loan from The Fridge DC, as their contribution to hemptober 2019.
